Carson Kressley, Rodney Scott, and Brooke Williamson will once again be judging the competition. This time around, they'll be judging a new category - sauces! The show is not to be missed! Erica Blaire Roby

A recent appearance on the Food Network show Blue Smoke Grill shows that Roby has more than a background in cooking than most people might think. She studied under the best chefs and won a $7500 Preserve the Pit fellowship award. She was challenged by some of the best chefs in the country as her barbecue skills were tested. Roby persevered despite having to cut her finger.

Roby is a psychology grad and has worked both as a wine expert, as well criminal defense attorney. Before competing on Food Network she spent time as a sommelier pairing wines with food. It gave her the chance to re-discover her passion for cooking. Roby's father owned a barbecue joint, so her love for the grill came naturally.

Roby, despite her legal career, decided to start cooking barbecue after she had her first child. Inspired by her father's dream, Roby decided to start a barbecue restaurant. Roby signed up for a celebrity barbecue chef Harry Soo's cooking class in 2018. After completing the course, Roby was certified as a pitmaster and began work in a barbecue restaurant.

She began her passion for barbecue as a hobby, and eventually she became obsessed with it. Initially, she prepared dishes on her back patio. Later, she competed in barbecue contests across the nation, cooking alongside world-famous pitmasters. She has opened a number of pop-ups in Dayton, Ohio since then. She hopes to eventually open a food truck.

Team Brawl vs. Team Brawl vs.

Food Network BBQ Team Brawl will host its third season. Two of the top chefs in the country will compete to win the ultimate grilling title. Anne Burrell (and Jet Tila) will battle Bobby Flay (and Team Anne) in a dinner-party brawl. Matt Roth, a favorite of "BBQ Brawl", returns to the Austin-based Smokin Beauty along with his wife Thao.

Ann advised the contestants what they should make, while Jet and Team Bobby let the participants choose. Team Bobby made a mess of his ceviche and lost some meat. This time Team Anne has an advantage. Anne even grabbed Team Bobby's throat as he reached for an ingredient.

The new season of BBQ Team Brawl will feature some familiar faces, as with all Food Network competitions. Lee Ann Whippen, a 23-year veteran of barbecuing, will be the team's judge. As well as being the managing partner at Deviled Pig Tampa, she is also a judge for Kansas City Barbecue Society. She has won many state and global barbecue championships. She also has starred in TV shows like Throwdown With Bobby Flay and BBQ Pitmasters.

Flay, Symon and others fought for the best BBQ sandwich. Lee Ann chose to make a sandwich the traditional way, while Susie chose a more exotic approach. While her pork belly bam mi was bold and delicious, the judges disagreed. Team Anne's hamburger was tasty, juicy, and served on a solid bun.
