Roby enrolled in the celebrity pitmaster Harry Soo's barbecuing cooking course in 2018. After completing the course, Roby was certified as a pitmaster and began work in a barbecue restaurant.
She began her passion for barbecue as a hobby, and eventually she became obsessed with it. She began by making dishes on her back deck.
